Here’s a look at what we’ve built and the problems each project helped address.
Tonya’s training business was running on an older WordPress site from 2022. The homepage felt generic, the events calendar was stuck showing “No Events Found,” and visitors did not have a clear way to understand her credentials or request a class.
We reorganized the site so visitors could find courses, upcoming training, testimonials, and Tonya’s experience, then request a class.
Educators can now see what Tonya teaches, learn about her experience, and request a class from the site.

The business was running almost entirely through Facebook. Customers had no easy way to browse inventory, see past work, or ask about a custom piece without digging through posts.
We built a website with current inventory, a recent-work gallery, a featured project, and repair information. Customers can call or ask about a custom piece from the site.
Customers can now browse available pieces and contact Garden Fountains Yard Sculptures without searching through Facebook posts. The site has already helped add $11,700 in revenue by showing customers what’s available and helping them start custom requests.

Before
The team was juggling PDFs, email requests, spreadsheets, and archive folders. They needed a simpler way to check file details and create marketing job records.
What changed
Filewise demonstrates three tasks in one place: pulling information from PDFs into spreadsheets, drafting marketing job records from email requests, and suggesting where to archive artwork files.
After
Users can review suggested information before using it. The current version demonstrates the workflow with sample data and uploaded files; live Outlook, Smartsheet, and Dropbox connections would require company IT approval and setup.
